We are a European-owned e-commerce company operating several online stores from Hong Kong and Tokyo. Our customers are girls and young women in the U.S. and Europe. We are passionate about kawaii culture, and customer happiness is the main goal of our company.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
- Interest and knowledge of Japanese pop culture is required for this position.
- Excellent written English
- Ability to creatively solve problems and research solutions online
- Remote communication with the team in Hong Kong & Tokyo
- Modern computer with a fast & reliable internet connection
- Comfortable and quiet home office for efficient work

- Creating content for our social media profiles
- Communicating with fans on social media
- Collaborating with influencers
