Job Description:
Our company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Visa Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing visa applications for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire process. The Visa Processing Specialist will work closely with clients and government agencies to ensure that all necessary documentation and information is submitted correctly and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Process visa applications for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire process.
• Communicate with clients and government agencies to ensure that all necessary documentation and information is submitted correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering any questions and addressing any concerns related to the visa application process.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to visa processing procedures and requirements.
• Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure that all client needs are met.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as International Relations or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in visa processing or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of visa processing regulations and procedures preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift per day; Monday to Saturday
Location: Makati, Philippines
