Job Description:
We are looking for a resourceful Project Manager who can create efficient systems within our business. The ideal candidate should be dedicated, driven, and committed to achieving outstanding results for both the business and themselves. Honesty, reliability, and perseverance through challenges are non-negotiable qualities we seek.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content repurposing and optimization across various online assets, including Google SEO, YouTube SEO, and content conversion (e.g., transforming existing videos into YouTube shorts).
- Create content that aligns with different stages of the buyer journey and leverages tools such as AHRefs, ---------- , and Hubspot.
- Use project management software like ClickUp for effective task and project management.
- Facilitate ongoing communication using Slack.
- Work with platforms like Kajabi, Hubspot, and Descript for hosting, analytics, video/audio editing, and more.
- Utilize tools such as Ubersuggest, Keywords Everywhere, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Chatspot.ai, testimonial.ai, Shieldapp, ChatGPT, Canva, Zapier, and Kajabi for various aspects of content marketing and automation.


Qualifications and Application Process:

+ Conduct research on our assets and outline your plan for creating SOPs to maximize content value.
+ Demonstrate your experience as a Project Manager by sharing specific results you delivered to previous employers.
+ Indicate your minimum expected monthly base salary for this role.
+ Confirm whether you have expertise in simplifying and streamlining SOPs in Google Drive (yes or no).
+ Submit your resume highlighting examples of results you achieved for previous clients.
+ Describe your experience in project management and the outcomes you accomplished.
+ Confirm your availability to work from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Sydney time on weekdays.
+ Disclose any additional job commitments, if applicable.
+ Explain how your role as a Project Manager will add value to our business.
