Video Editor/ Part time

I need an experienced video editor for my podcast/youtube channel I’m launching.
You will need to have experience editing long form video (1 hour to 30min is the duration of each video. I will need the long one edited for the podcast then I’ll also upload it to YT.
Then the video will need to be chopped up into a few shorts to use on tiktok, YT and IG. I’m looking for someone who is creative, knows how to do transitions, B Roll if needed and add text (for the short clips). If you have experience please send me a link to a short video you’ve edited.
Ideally need 6 hours max per week as I plan to do 1 podcast a week.
