JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to oversee daily activities and implement standard operating procedures.

The operations associate's responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, assisting other company departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

A successful operations associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
• Performing administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
• Assisting human resources with recruitment activities and creating work schedules.
• Creating and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
• Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
• Managing budgets and preparing financial reports for senior management.
• Planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintaining company ---------- cation and Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• With at least 1 year experience in Operations.
• Experience in management, operations, and administrative.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Very strong organizational skills, timeline conscious.
• Results oriented individual with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Can start immediately.
