Job Description:
I'm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and performing various tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow for our CEO. This is a remote position open to candidates located in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis and provide insightful reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Assist in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and other documentation.
Prepare and present accurate reports, presentations, and visualizations based on data analysis.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Availability to work during standard business hours in the Philippines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in data analysis or market research.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Knowledge of additional data analysis tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
