We are seeking a dedicated Cold Email Specialist & Lead Generation Expert who will drive our company's client acquisition efforts. As a specialist in cold email strategies, you will have primary responsibility for identifying potential clients, verifying their contact details, managing outbound cold email campaigns, and handling responses.
Responsibilities:
Independently source potential leads using proprietary tools such as Apollo or similar software, ensuring access to an ongoing and updated list of prospects.
Confirm the accuracy of lead data, including the verification of email addresses to ensure high deliverability rates.
Design, execute, and manage cold email campaigns that effectively engage each potential customer.
Purchase, warm up, and manage email domains for sending out cold emails.
Monitor and manage response inboxes to ensure timely and effective communication with potential clients.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between cold email strategy and overall marketing goals.
Regularly monitor, track, and report on the performance of cold email campaigns.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a lead generation and cold email marketing role.
Independent access to, and knowledge of, CRM tools and lead generation software such as Apollo.
Proven ability to independently manage and finance necessary software subscriptions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in purchasing and managing email domains.
Proficiency in tracking and interpreting campaign performance metrics.
