Answer incoming:
- calls
- text messages
- respond to voice messages

- adjust and input orders into our system
All customer orders that:
- get cancelled need to be followed up with to see if we can convert them or feedback for how we can improve
- haven't paid need reached out to inquire about getting their payment
30 days after an order has been placed, paid and shipped for:
- follow up with a text message thanking them
