Client Success Rep

Legacy Strong is a company that helps entrepreneurs and small businesses secure funding through bank financing. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Client Success Rep to join our remote team.

As a Client Success Rep, your primary responsibility will be to help our communicate with the banks and credit bureaus. You will have access to various resources, including scripts, templates, and video guides to assist you in this task. You will be trained on the American credit system, the American banking industry, and utilize this knowledge to assist our clients.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak English fluently with a good American accent
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with online calling systems and online project management tools (such as ---------- )

Training and support for the Client Success Rep position will be provided, but experience with the American credit system is preferred.
