Salesforce Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce specialist, able to integrate Salesforce with Five9.

Salesforce implementation, customization, and support. As a Salesforce Contractor, you will collaborate with our internal teams to optimize and enhance our Salesforce platforms for our clients to meet their business objectives.
Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Salesforce CRM to meet specific business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and ---------- velop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Perform data migrations and ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, configurations, and customizations.
Provide end-user training and support, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely ---------- -depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce administration.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services.
Familiarity with Apex programming language and Salesforce Visualforce.
Understanding of data migration strategies and experience with data cleansing and data loading using Salesforce Data Loader or other ETL tools.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or Salesforce Platform App Builder, are highly desirable
