Position Details:

Compensation: $5 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases and potential bonuses based on successful sales resulting from appointments made

Responsibilities:

-Initiate cold calls to real estate agents, delivering concise product descriptions to gauge interest.
-Present the value proposition with confidence and clarity.
-Maintain accurate call records, documenting outcomes and feedback.
-Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas for high conversion rates.
-Continuously enhance cold calling techniques based on market feedback.

Requirements:

-Exceptional spoken English skills with outstanding pronunciation.
-Previous cold calling experience, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
-Strong persuasion and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Results-oriented mindset, aiming to surpass targets.
-Keen attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
-Familiarity with High Level CRM is a plus.
