Paid ads specialist / Sales Associate

We are a small marketing agency looking for a full-time person to manage our sales process. You will be responsible for managing two key channels for us – cold email & paid advertising. 

Regarding the cold email channel, your role will include generating leads, managing the inbox and replying to prospects, setting meetings, and managing a pipeline. 

For the paid advertising channel you will need to optimize our current paid advertising efforts, provide daily reporting, call prospects, and set meetings with our team. 

Full training will be provided, and you will be required to attend weekly meetings with our third-party partners that provide training and clinics where you can ask questions and get additional support. 

Ideally, we want someone that has experience in sales and/or paid advertising however, full training will be provided.

This role includes base pay and commissions based on performance. This role requires you to be able to attend calls in the EST timezone, and also call people in that timezone too. Overall you will manage your time and workload and report directly to our CEO.
