Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000 monthly

Coding Symmetry, a reputable provider of placement services, is currently in partnership with Orion&Nanban Realty, a distinguished VC Real Estate firm. We are jointly seeking a dedicated and dynamic Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. Our mission at Coding Symmetry is to bridge gaps in the professional world while Orion&Nanban Realty aims to deliver five-star service to its investor partners. By joining our team, you'll play a key role in fulfilling these ambitions.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various means to locate and build relationships with potential investors, such as networking events, real estate investing meetups, networking groups, and engaging in social media platforms.
Lead Conversion: Cultivate and maintain relationships with investor prospects, leads, and past investors; present current offerings and answer questions related to potential offerings.
Closing Coordination: Adhere to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines during the presentation of offers, the subscription of investors, and the collection of funds toward potential investments. Ensure committed funds by investors are transferred to corresponding impound accounts.
Relationship Management: Stay connected with active investors, provide them with monthly updates, quarterly reports, and other relevant information regarding specific investments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Investor Relations
Strong moral character and high integrity
Charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Eager to learn and grow in a high-paced team environment
Humility and the willingness to learn from mistakes
Driven to pursue personal and professional growth
