Job brief

The Digital Media Buyer will be responsible for running and optimizing lead generation campaigns on our sites. He/she will develop an impactful and optimum ROI media plan to achieve internal objectives. He/she is expected to have a good knowledge of digital media and performance channels in the Google advertising platform, and good analytical skills combined with campaign execution, optimization, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-campaign research and gather statistics, and audience measurement reports to guide buying process. Knowledge of spy tools (SpyFu, PowerAdspy, Adplexity) is an advantage;
Run profitable campaigns on Twitter, Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other platforms besides Google, Facebook, and Tiktok.
Ability to create and design Ads to run (medium Photoshop knowledge is a plus);
Analyze web metrics, generate campaign effectiveness reports, and recommend optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance;
Participate in the development and optimization of lead generation landing pages design to improve conversion rate;
Accurate reporting of related campaigns stats;
Budgets allocation to different campaigns and sources based on performances;
Coordinate with the tech team, and sales team to reach and exceed clients' objectives;
Support the company team expansion and help to create the right company culture;
Stay up-to-date with digital technology and market trends;
Be able to work remotely and manage your own work schedule.


The Candidate

Someone with experience in Media Buying, eventually coming from the Affiliate Marketing world. We are looking for a passionate and driven candidate with a vivid interest in digital marketing and a high level of eagerness to succeed. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working on result-driven ---------- is fundamental to be able to work independently and remotely, with a sense of responsibility and autonomy.

Requirements

Good English verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to be productive working independently without micromanagement;
3-5+ years in Media Buying, preferably for a digital agency or affiliate marketing team;
Proven track record to run profitable campaigns on Twitter, Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other platforms besides Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation, and optimization;
Experienced and knowledgeable of digital planning and analytical tools, ad serving platforms, social media, and others;
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams;
Well-organized with a details-oriented approach;
An appropriate level of technical competence and ability (preferably basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and banner design);
Strong analytical skills, fluency in MS Excel;
