Job Description:
We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Affiliate Outreach and Maintenance Specialist. The role will primarily involve executing affiliate outreach and maintenance on Impact and ShareASale platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with affiliate marketing programs and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective affiliate recruitment and outreach strategies on the Impact and ShareASale platforms.
Regularly monitor and manage affiliate partnerships to ensure effective performance and compliance with all program terms.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the brand's reach.
Foster strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication and assistance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and provide affiliates with up-to-date promotional materials.
Prepare and analyze performance reports, using these insights to optimize the affiliate program.
Stay current with affiliate marketing industry trends and developments.
Requirements:

Proven experience in affiliate marketing and working with platforms such as Impact and ShareASale.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
