Job Description: Software Tester/Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our dynamic software development team. As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. Your expertise will contribute to delivering robust and user-friendly software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and user ---------- sign and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project specifications.
Execute various types of tests, including functional, regression, performance, usability, and compatibility testing, to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform manual testing as well as utilize automated testing tools and frameworks like Cypress to streamline the testing process.
Document and report software defects, issues, and bugs in a clear and concise manner, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of software defects and propose corrective actions.
The ability to adopt working at different time zones.


Requirements:
Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a similar role, preferably in a software development company.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts (preferably Cypress test in JavaScript).
The ability to communicate with the team and attends the tea ---------- etings in English
Experience with Cypress or other automated testing frameworks.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders.
Strong dedication to delivering high-quality software products that meet user requirements.
