Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from cold data leads (Leads will be provided).

- Effectively set concordant cold call schedule to set up appointments between clients, owners, and decision-makers.

- Engage potential clients in polite yet persuasive conversations to offer and promote our Corporate Dining Services.

- Able to effectively communicate our full services with the clients.

- Able to promptly address clients' concerns, overcome clients' objections, and prompt resolution for any related issues.

- Able to keep accurate records of client appointments and update data leads on the leads database.

Requirements:

- Good internet speed.

- Proven experience in outbound calling and appointment setter.

- Proficiency in keeping and updating leads.

- Exceptional persuasive and conversational skills.

- Native-level English proficiency with a clear and articulate accent.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Excellent comprehension and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

- Ability to turn negative objections into opportunities.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Solid experience in the restaurant/hospitality-related industry.
