JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! Thank you for viewing my job offer. I run a Property Investment and Lettings Agency in High Wycombe, near London, in England. We are a team of 6, and work closely with property investors, and landlords, and of course manage their tenants who live in the properties, and everything else in between. Please view my website ( ---------- ) and tell me the name of the plastic dog for your application to be considered further! Thank you.

If you can edit videos that we create, and then repurpose them for social media posts, reels, shorts and so on, then I really want to connect with you. The files will be uploaded to a dropbox folder and then from there you will need to create the content, both video and still images, and then schedule all the posts for the coming month. If you have access to Hootsuite or similar, then even better!

We currently put a lot of content out on Instagram and Facebook, and would love to get more on Youtube, and linked in. Perhaps even TikTok.

I am looking to hire this role part time for my company, as we only get a chance to do our own social media in quiet periods. Which is not often. Please do reach out if this is something you can help us out with.

We will have a video day once a month with a professional videographer, who will create some great content for you to edit. I would like for you to be researching the market, and together with us, plan the month's content in advance which will help us produce the content that meets the plan for the coming month.

I am excited about this role and looking forward to seeing how it will evolve!

I have another company that works around property maintenance and repairs, and I will be looking to get the same social media work carried out with this company too in a couple of months.

Thank you for taking the time to read this job ad.

Kindest regards, John
