Remote Django Developer (Backend, DRF)

As a Django backend developer at Beyond Bytes, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing backends using Django (Django REST Framework).
- Managing and maintaining existing project backends.
- Maintaining clear and regular communication with our team via Slack, Trello, and BitBucket.
- Writing efficient, maintainable code that anticipates future needs.

The successful candidate will have:

- Proficiency with Python/Django.
- Familiarity with Docker (used for deployment), Slack, Trello, and BitBucket.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a backend developer
- The ability to commit to a full-time workload (40hrs/week or 160hrs/month)
- Availability/responsiveness from Monday to Friday, 2pm-6pm PHT
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional attention to detail
- An innovative mindset with a common-sense approach to problem-solving
- A strong sense of accountability, consistency, and responsibility
