Amazon Catalog Specialist

We are an e-commerce (primarily Amazon) and education company that is looking for a talented, experienced Amazon operations manager to join our team.

***EXPERIENCE NEEDED for this position***

We value people who can work independently, take initiative and can work well with minimal supervision.

**Tasks you will be doing will include:**
- Amazon operations from creating & maintaining product listings to coordinating re-orders, forecasting inventory requirements and liaising with factories, freight forwarders, etc
- Opening and monitoring cases on Seller Central
- Creating, editing and uploading flat files, downloading and reading reports, etc
- Product research, fact-finding & fact-gathering using Google, Pinterest & other platforms

**Requirements:**
Excellent Excel and Google Sheets experience: report creation & population, monitoring and entering inventory, sales etc
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Great problem-solving abilities

Full-time basis - 44 hrs/week (Mon-Fri)
Working hours: 1 pm to 10:00 pm (30 min. lunch break)
