Virtual Assistant

1. Project Management:
• Collaborate with Mental Health Professional to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure effective project execution.
• Coordinate project activities and monitor progress
• Assist with managing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed with accuracy and efficiency.

2. Online Course Development:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging, and evidence-based course online Mental Health courses.
• Use thorough research and analysis to identify learning objectives and create comprehensive course outlines, learning objectives, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and advancements in mental health to inform course content development.

3. Product Development – Same as above
• Assistance with the developing the following products for Black women and girls: Coloring books, journals, Online writing prompts and essential oil collection, Workbooks (Anxiety & Anger)

4. Administrative
• Provide administrative support by monitoring deadlines for various professional licenses and certifications
• Assist with the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Create & email Client Specific Packets specific to topic (ie anxiety, anger, communication)
• Edit & Customize Client worksheets to reflect Company’s brand and cultural competency

5. Social Media Content Editor
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, captions, and graphics, that aligns with our brand voice, target audience, and social media best practices across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube..
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Maintain and update current webpages
• Use Canva for content creation using graphics, audio, videos, animation and voiceovers
• Create VSL, Landing Pages and Funnels
• Maintain YouTube page
