YouTube/FB Video Production/Management

Hello,

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual YouTube Channel Manager for ---------- you are passionate about YouTube, have a keen eye for optimizing content, and possess strong video production and editing skills, we believe you would be an excellent fit for this position.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Researching Relevant Topics:**
- Utilize VidIQ (access will be granted) to conduct research on trending and relevant topics within our niche.
- Identify topics that have a high potential to rank well and perform strongly in terms of viewer engagement and interest.

2. **SEO Strategy Development:**
- Devise an effective SEO strategy for each video, including optimizing titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Employ best practices to enhance searchability and discoverability of our content.

3. **Scriptwriting Assistance:**
- Familiarize yourself with Steve Perry's tone and style.
- Utilize Chat GPT to generate scripts for videos, ensuring they align with the channel's personality and maintain a consistent tone.

4. **Video Production and Editing:**
- Log in to BigVu (access will be provided) to upload the generated script for Steve Perry to review.
- Collaborate with Steve Perry to record the video using the provided script and send it back to you for editing.
- Edit the video in the style of our current channel content, including adding subtitles, appropriate B-roll footage, stock images, and emojis.

5. **Creation of Shorts:**
- Extract key points from the main video and create shorter, condensed versions (shorts).
- These shorts should highlight the most engaging and impactful ---------- nts from the main video.

6. **Video Distribution:**
- Create engaging Thumbnails for each video
- Upload the edited videos, along with their descriptions and tags, to our YouTube channel.
- Ensure that the videos are correctly categorized and optimized for maximum visibility.
- Additionally, upload the videos to Facebook and Reels to expand our reach and engage with a broader audience.

**Requirements:**

- Proficient knowledge of VidIQ and Chat GPT platforms. (or willingness to educate yourself)
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO best practices.
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Creative skills in adding subtitles, B-roll footage, stock images, emojis, and creating engaging thumbnails.
- Familiarity with creating shorts and repurposing content.
- Ability to manage video uploads and optimization on multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and Reels.
