Job Description:
Salary Range: $5-8 per hour (negotiable based on experience and skills), for an iterative design process on a concrete one-off design project.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join ENSRedirect, a tool empowering ENS domain holders to optimize their .eth names. Our platform allows users to effortlessly create Web3 profiles, integrating videos, podcasts, and more from their favorite social platforms or redirecting their domains to any website - all for free!

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the development team to design intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the user interface.
- Ensure design consistency across different screens and sections of the platform.
- Optimize the user journey by identifying pain points and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies and blockchain concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
