Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to assist us with business research in specific zip codes. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for researching and compiling contact information for business owners, including their cell phone numbers, email addresses, and business addresses. Your accurate and thorough research will be vital in helping us build a database of potential leads and contacts.
Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive online research to identify and gather contact information for 900 business owners in specific Florida zip codes.
Filter business owners 55 – 80 years old.
Collect cell phone numbers, email addresses, and business addresses of the identified business owners.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the collected data by verifying information from reliable ---------- anize and maintain the collected data in a structured format or database for CRM input.
Provide regular progress reports to the hiring manager or team lead.
Requirements:
Previous experience in research, data collection, and skip tracing.
Strong internet research skills and the ability to navigate various online sources effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills to provide regular updates and collaborate with the hiring manager or team lead.
