Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled **Google Ads Specialist** to build and manage small-scale Google Ads campaigns aimed at generating leads. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the various aspects of the business’ online advertising on Google. Your goal will be to drive targeted traffic to our website and help achieve objectives using effective paid advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

- Set up and configure of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
- Test and optimize campaigns in order to improve performance, including audience targeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, ad copywriting, and landing page testing
- Monitor and report key metrics

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role, preferably for agency or consultancy clients.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Proficient in keyword research and analysis tools, as well as campaign management tools.
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Ability to craft compelling ad copies and optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates.
- Excellent written English skills
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads certification, are a plus.
