I am looking for someone who has experience in an airbnb arbitrage business cold calling and cold emailing apartment complexes to find new deals.

This is a gig position and salary is negotiable.

You must have verifiable experience in cold out reach through email and calling to apartment complexes.

I am looking for someone to show me the exact process they used to set appointments, there cold calling script, their cold emailing script, and their lead generation process.
