Data and Metrics Analyst

We are in search of a skilled and committed Data and Metrics Analyst to become a part of our team. Your role will be vital in our decision-making process as you assist us in streamlining our vacation rental management by producing insightful reports based on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:
-Carry out data collection and verification across multiple platforms.
-Monitor and update essential performance indicators (KPIs) such as guest satisfaction scores, average daily rate (ADR), and occupancy rates.

Weekly Tasks:
-Conduct an exhaustive KPI review and analysis, highlighting significant trends or shifts.
-Develop weekly reports incorporating all pertinent data and insights.

Monthly Tasks:
-Refresh and analyze the Booked Revenue vs. Rolling Average Costs per Property KPI.
-Generate monthly reports comprising all updated KPIs, identified trends, and analyses.

Performance Measurements:

Your performance will be evaluated based on data accuracy, punctuality of reports, KPI tracking, the quality of insights provided, response time to data-related inquiries, and your proactivity in identifying trends or potential issues. Regular performance reviews will be conducted to maintain the highest standards of data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:
-Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.
-Familiarity with Airbnb, iGMS, and Pricelabs is an advantage.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with precision and accuracy.
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
