Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant Recruiter or a similar role;
Perfect or near-perfect English speaking and strong writing skills
Familiarity with HR laws of the United States, particularly those relevant to phone screening applicants
ONLY applicants with recruiting EXPERIENCE
High-speed, reliable, wired internet connection (15-25mbps)
Noise cancellation headset with microphone
Quiet home or office workspace
Exceptional phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Quick implementer and self-starter
Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Can-do attitude and a commitment to getting the job done.
