NOT A USER OF WORDPRESS, Magento, PHP, Joomla BUT A CREATOR OF WORDPRESS SITES.

I need you to take a PSD I give you and I want you to turn that into a fully functional wordpress site.

At this time we are only looking at those who has experience.
