Real Estate Direct Mail Marketing manager.

Real Estate company seeking direct mail marketing manager for hire. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in direct mail marketing and scheduling. We need someone that is a MASTER at spreadsheets ... do not apply if you are not the BEST at this already. We are looking for someone that will require as little training as possible. Applicant needs to be familiar with click2mail.com or similar sites as well.

We have different lists that need to be compiled, updated, ... returned mail or address changes often come back to us and you will need to keep list updated.

Must have a keen eye and is good at reporting on numbers ... eg. Letters mailed, date mailed, response rate, cost, total spent per month etc.
