Our company needs a Virtual Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.
Must be able to Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST (9 PM to 5 AM PHT)
You must have excellent English, speaking and strong writing.
You need to have:
great people skills,
patience
be able to multi-task
Be Well-organised
Friendly and polite (manners cost nothing after all)
Efficient
Able to deal with difficult clients or customers (not everyone knows the manners rule)
Self-motivated
Good with computer systems
Have polished communication skills
DUTIES:
Cheerfully answer your calls and provide callers with vital information such as descriptions of your services, directions to your office, etc.
Route calls to the appropriate department/person and distinguish between different types of calls (new clients, current clients, urgent calls, etc.) and handle according to instructions
In addition to answering the phone, you will help build our Client Database on ProsperWorks, by researching potential clients, send daily emails, answer their phone calls and any general questions.
Manage our Calendar
On a weekly basis, you will help us post on our social media. Creativity to help draft messaging is a BIG PLUS.
Word Processing
The position will pay $2 an hour for the first three months. Once you have proven your value to our company, we will offer a 50% pay increase after three months, with annual raises after that based on work performance.
