Full Stack Web Designer - Figma UI/UX Designer & Elementor/WP Developer

Website UI/UX Designer + Elementor Developer Position is now open at Consensus Creative web design & digital marketing agency. We’re an award-winning, remote Canadian web design agency.

- Important: We are looking for a UI/UX DESIGNER who also has Elementor experience, NOT a developer who knows programming languages and focuses on the technical side of web dev (without design skills). So a creative, experienced DESIGNER with some development experience.

- Most of our client sites are simple, so we focus on UX/UI design. Elementor skills are secondary, your design skills are more important than your Elementor/WordPress skills for this role.

- You are an experienced UI/UX designer with above-average work. This means you specialize in creating amazing UI designs using Figma (preferably) or Adobe XD.

- For this position, we’re looking for an Elementor web designer + developer AND a UI/UX Figma designer, all in one person.

- You should be good at both, designing sites in Figma and developing those mockups into Elementor websites.

- 3+ years of experience and an above average portfolio.

- Looking for a full-time remote position.


***JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:***

- Design stunning website UI designs in Figma or Adobe XD (Figma preferred)

- Convert your designed mockup into an Elementor WordPress site.

- You DO NOT need to know any programming languages, just a bit of HTML/CSS is preferable but not needed. Everything will be done visually in WordPress/Elementor. We are NOT looking for someone who knows PHP, Javascript, etc., you need to be design focused.

- Tools: Figma/Adobe XD, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, project management software (training will be provided for that).

- Preferred additional experience: experience with logo design and general graphic design (business cards, social media posts, etc.)

- Other design related tasks if needed.

After three years in operation, we have already worked with the second biggest storage company in Canada, an award-winning music school in Toronto that produced world-famous artists like The Weeknd, and more. We have also earned dozens of awards and nominations in the web design community.

- Salary: $ ---------- USD/month based on experience & portfolio.

- Full-time working hours (8 hours per day). Work during the Philippines' regular working time and a couple of hours during the Philippine's evening time so we can have meetings if needed.

- Work from home or anywhere you have reliable internet. Easy communication through Slack (daily) Zoom (when needed).

- Unlimited days off per year, as needed. If it's a busy period, you will need to work, if there's free time, then you can take a vacation. As long as work gets done we're flexible with Philippino holidays and paid days off.

- All the goodies: SSS, PhiHealth, HMO insurance, Pag-IBIG, 13th month, internet allowance if needed, Christmas bonus, annual salary increase based on performance.
