Your duties will include supporting the marketing and sales team.
We are an online business delivering a software solution to customers globally. Our offices are based in Australia.
Your primary role will be to generate sales leads by engaging with new prospects and existing customers.
You will also be responsible for assisting with general administration items such as assisting customer enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, assisting with customer accounts, assisting with marketing and sales material, writing help guides and articles (which may require images and/or video at times).
We will support your abilities by providing guidance on tasks and assigning you to a highly available management team.
Your responsibilities includes:
- Assist with identifying leads and sales opportunities
- Content creation
- Write easy to understand product help articles
- Provide tier 1 customer support to understand the issue and direct them to the right solution or escalate to technical team
- Work with the technical team to resolve customers technical issues
- Research new prospective customers to generate leads and appointment scheduling for the sales team
- General administration support
This role will provide a diverse range of opportunity to expand knowledge and apply existing skills to win over new customers and support existing ones, while in the background you will help with general sales and marketing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken english
- Experience with CRM and customer support software
- Home office/workspace with facilities
- Fast internet (capable of video meetings)
