Hello, my name is Luke Damant. A travel vlogger from Australia with over 7 million followers online.

I am hiring a full-time Short form content video editor to create content for my travel youtube channel. As an editor, you will be required cut long youtube videos into engaging pieces of short form content to distribute among Tik Tok, Shorts, IG ---------- is estimated that each youtube video will have 20-30 pieces of short form content.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the creative vision for content
Create, review and edit videos
Editing and post-production of video content, including colour correction, audio mixing, and special effects
Ensuring all videos meet technical and quality standards
Keeping up with current trends and best practices in video editing and production
Provide feedback to Luke and the team on ways to improve and enhance videos

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video editor
Strong writing and editing skills
Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in short from content
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
Experience working with a variety of video formats and codecs
Experience with colour correction and audio mixing
