Join our team in a permanent, long-term position, where you take responsibility for our Human Resources (HR) functions, from onboarding new hires to managing payroll and documentation.
Your Tasks:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage the entire team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the payroll system, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Handle all personnel documentation, maintaining the utmost confidentiality and organization.
- Work closely with our team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
What You Need:
- You've done this sort of work before, especially in Human Resources.
- You're familiar with HR systems like BambooHR, Workday, Zoho People, Gusto, etc.
- You're adept at managing payroll and employee benefits programs.
Bonus: You've previously worked in HR for technology companies or startups.
