Senior Operations Officer

A Senior Operations Officer manages and motivates her team to increase sales and provide excellent customer service. She supervises the employees under him to perform and deliver what is expected from them as Store Officer.

The Senior Operations Officer also negotiates with the leasing department about the renewal of the lease, relocation to a more viable place, and other concerns governed by the leasing department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manages the Store Officers of Tronix Imaging Center to increase sales and provide excellent customer service.
2. Monitors sales of the 40 - 50 stores under your division and checks the viability of new services.
3. Ensure the proper implementation of new and current procedures plus strategies in the store operations.
4. Come up with strategies and programs that will increase the sales of the stores under your supervision.
5. Negotiate with leasing about the renewal of the lease, relocation to a more viable place, and other concerns governed by the leasing department.

Will be assign in Innovatronix Main Office at Km26 The Richdale Subd. Sumulong Highway, Sta. Cruz, Antipolo City

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Four (4) year Business Related Course
- With 5 years of relative experience in the following field:
1. Retail Operations
2. Sales & Marketing
3. People Management
- With good moral character and with good academic records
- Required skills:
1. Operations Management
2. Methods Engineering
3. MS Office Applications
