YOUR ROLE

As our Full-Time Accountant, your role will extend beyond the traditional. You will be integral in organizing, analyzing, and verifying our financial transactions, playing a crucial role in ensuring our company's financial accuracy and ---------- om performing quarterly audits and assisting with payroll activities, to providing insightful recommendations, your expertise will drive our success.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a candidate who is not just a CPA, but a game-changer, with an Accounting degree (or similar). If you also have CMA certification, even better! You should have a minimum of five years' experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

OUR MUST-HAVES:

- Extensive experience with Real Estate and job costing for renovation projects.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks – this is a BIG plus!
- Experience dealing with intercompany loans/accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of Business Finance, Client Invoice Management, Journal Entry, Reconciliation, and Bookkeeping.
- Exceptional knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Computer savvy, with an ability to adapt to new software.
- Problem-solving prowess.
- Expertise in Taxation.
