Email Database clean up!

I have a vast number of word documents, excel documents and a couple of .vcf cards that all need to be grouped, and then inputted into a couple of different excel spreadsheets (with first and last names where possible). I need this to be done in a format that is compatible with Mailchimp/Campaign Pro.
