We are in the process of expanding our business and are looking for an AWESOME full-time eCommerce customer service oriented SMS agent to join our ---------- this role, you will:

- Provide a friendly and awesome customer support experience for all of our brands’ customers
- Research, identify and solve any problems customers may have that prevent them from checking out
- Have an understanding of customer shopping experience, sales, bundles, exchanges, returns, abandoned carts

Since our communication with customers is in real-time via chat/SMS, we are looking for someone that will be able to work 5 days a week on USA Time EST time zone (night shift in the Philippines). Our two current shifts are 8AM-4PM EST and 4PM-12AM (midnight) EST.
