We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Full-Time Recruiter to join our team. As a Job Position Search Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for a job position within our organization. You will play a vital role in attracting top talent and helping us build a strong and dynamic workforce.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential job positions that align with our organization's needs and requirements
- Review and screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience
- evaluate candidates' suitability for specific job positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively reaching out to passive candidates and building relationships with potential candidates
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews and follow-up activities with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices
- Ability to work independently
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet recruitment targets
- A passion for matching talented individuals with the right job positions
