Our Email Strategist will be the backbone of our client programs, bridging the gap between various departments to ensure a smooth execution of campaigns that align with both the client's and our company's objectives.

We are not seeking an email designer or copywriter; we have an amazing team for ---------- stead, we need a Klaviyo maestro who can flawlessly implement our designs, set up split tests, provide insightful client reports, oversee execution and maintain a stringent quality control protocol.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have practical experience with Klaviyo.

• Experience in a similar role with a marketing agency will be considered a significant advantage.

• Should embody honesty and integrity, prioritizing truth over pleasing others.

• Must be confident yet humble, with a primary focus on continuous self-improvement.

• Should be a self-starter with the capability to take ownership, dive into complexities, and get things done.

• Must have a background in design with a portfolio showcasing previous work.

• Ideally, will have experience with e-commerce, especially email marketing for e-commerce brands.

• Should have excellent time and project management skills, being deadline-driven, with a knack for delivering high-quality projects promptly.

• Must possess meticulous attention to detail and superior communication skills.

• Must have proven experience working in a remote team setting.
