As our Sales Manager, your objective is profitable sales through:
1. Developing a qualified B2B lead list
2. Lead development of marketing methods and materials for B2B
3. Advertise to leads and convert leads to sales
Key Metrics and What Success Looks Like:
1. B2B Revenue $ Per Month ($100,000 in sales)
2. Profit Margin on Wholesale Orders after All Expenses of 20%
3. # Of Validated Potential Customers in Lead List 20,000
4. B2B Conversion Rate - Orders / # of Leads 2%
Primary Objectives (20% of Role):
1. Develop B2B Lead List of qualified retailers
2. Relentless pursuit of B2B Sales Growth through any means deemed effective
Regular Work Activities (80% of Role):
1. Gain new leads
2. Answering retailer questions on ordering, shipping and returns processes
3. Review and optimize profit margins for each product and sales channel
4. Review and optimize fulfillment costs
5. Create sales forecasts
6. Assist in evaluation of pricing across sales channels (both wholesale and retail customers) to ensure profitability
7. Solicit feedback from customers and find improvements to product selection or otherwise to improve customer
experience.

Location
• The business is USA-based but 90% of the team in the Philippines. This position is online, and therefore can be done remotely from home. Reliable, fast internet with back is required. We will be conducting interview video meetings on google.
• Work is expected to be full time and hours per week will vary based on recurring and non-recurring activity. We have mandatory 4 hours per day overlap with Morning EST (7-11) for team discussion and meeting. You are expected to be working and available for instant messaging during this time. The other 4 hours per day of work would be according to your desired schedule.
Salary
• 30 day paid training / trial period at 60% pay, followed by full time salaried position at full pay.
