CAD/VECTORWORKS DESIGNER

• Produce drawings using the latest AutoCAD (Revit Optional)
• Produce drawings using Vectorworks (or similar program)
• Draft Interior and architectural plans with detailed drawings for construction.
• Follow rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other data received from designers and architects to prepare construction drawings for projects.
• Performs drafting to accepted company and national standards, etc.
• Performs drafting on Furniture, lighting, and FF&E items.
• Maintains drafting files, as required.
• Assists in the reproduction and distribution of drawings.
• Works closely with the design team.
• Create schedules (finish, plumbing, appliances, Interior door, and hardware)
• Performs other duties as assigned
