Job Title: Cold Calling Specialist - Wholesaling Real Estate Company: Home Investments by Rich LLC Location: Remote

Job Summary: We are a dynamic real estate wholesaling company, Home Investments by Rich LLC, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. As a Cold Calling Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to quickly qualify potential leads through cold calling and input qualified leads into our CRM system. While the script is simple, your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and tenacity will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads to qualify them for our real estate wholesaling services.
• Foster a discussion with potential leads to determine their interest and motivation in selling their property.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of working with our company and address any concerns or objections.
• Document and update customer information accurately in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• MUST be willing to work on United States Time - No Exceptions.
• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate wholesaling or related industry.
• Experience with outbound cold calling in the setting of a call center or telemarketing environment.
