Digital Marketing Account Manager

We are Paradox Marketing - an Australian and US based marketing company.

We employ a diverse range of staff from all across APAC and the USA, and we are currently in need of a new account manager.
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking individual who is located in the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly Zoom calls with clients in English
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- QA and review all work done for the client.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to drive their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and web development, to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, business reviews, and reports to clients to showcase the value and impact of our products/services.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and resolve any conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics, such as revenue growth, customer retention, and customer satisfaction, and take appropriate actions to drive results.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an English speaking account manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Google suite.

A trial month of 30,000 PHP will be offered to successful candidates.
If you are successful in your trial month then a Salary review will be completed at the end of your first month, where we will set your salary for the following months.

Salary reviews are conducted every 6 months there-after.
