JOB OVERVIEW

GENERAL:
• With SaaS Experience or Microsoft Account in a BPO Set up.
• Owns responsibility for ensuring the effectiveness of PPT (People, Process, Technology)
operations across their Functional Area, for achieving the intended business outcomes
for the area (Annual Contract ‘ACV’ value Sales Targets)
• Ensures Risk-Based Thinking & process Thinking is applied appropriately across their
Functional Area, including Qualification throughout the Sales Cycle
• Owns responsibility for defining and enforcing company Quality Policies & Practices in
their functional area (Sales Operations, PH) and encouraging a quality ethos among
fellow staff, subcontractors, suppliers and partners
• Customer liaison in the event of a Crisis, in context of Business Continuity
• Owns responsibility for defining and enforcing company Quality Policies & Practices in
their job area within Sales Operations and encouraging a quality ethos among fellow staff
and subcontractors
SPECIFIC:
• Overall responsibility for Client Manager activities, including prime interface to the client
on all matters relating to service delivery and customer satisfaction, other than standard

email
ed support calls
• Responsible for sales campaigns, including demonstrations to customers and prospects,
using Zoom/Teams/Etc as appropriate
• Responsible for quotations consistent with standard company Generic Pricing guidelines
and for gaining approval for all non-standard features and commercial requirements from
VPO & CEO as necessary
• Owns customer Account Management relationships & customer satisfaction
• Responsible for timely quotation, invoicing and payment cycle
• Able to take customer through a standard commercial requirements template
• Administration of customer orders
• Maintenance of customer issues lists & active management to resolve them
• Able to prospect & qualify customer opportunities
• Responsible for conducting targeted sales campaigns to close good business, from
qualified opportunities, liaising with any 3rd party marketing & PR resources
• Responsible for managing change request process from customers & managing
expectations with respect to charges and speed of response & implementation
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining the relevant Sales Progress inputs into
HubSpot/OR’s/Horizon Reviews (sales forecasting tools)
• Owns departmental responsibility for enforcing adherence to the BC&ISP and the DPP
(company policies and plans)
• Acts as Regional Deputy in absence of CEO-APAC (Australia)
• Responsible for developing locally-specific marketing materials, including Demo
Accounts, electronic brochures, adverts art work and content for actual printing
• Ownership of customer database accuracy maintenance, using HubSpot/Horizon
• Responsible for maintaining & executing customer contact strategy, in support of &
beyond direct account management
• Responsible for marketing, telemarketing campaigns across the target market accounts
• Responsible for new lead generation from designated prospects & professional handover
to production operations
• Manages own operational location (eg home office, Regus virtual office, mobile office, or
equivalent) as their own Site Manager, responsible for self-managed compliance of their
work-related activities with all prevailing company policies, processes, recommended
best practices, procedures & plans.
