Instagram Reel Specialist

I am looking for someone to create 100 Insta reels and edit them slightly.
Output will be:

1. find top reels ( i will give you access to a software to find them )
- create folder with reels
- edit them slightly (tapcut will be enough)
you will download the top 100 reels and add to every reel
- excel with data
1. filename of reel
2. basic data about reel (3-4 taggs, etc) that will be the reel description
3. accounts to tag in the reel (similar to 2)
4. everything might need a little bit of research to find the instagram accounts of everyone involved

Let me know what your budget for 100 reels would be like (and if you have experience doing stuff like that)
