Research and Data Specialist (US Client)

We are actively in search for a highly competent Research and Data Specialist for an elite, dynamic Staffing and Recruiting Firm based in US.

With over 20 years of garnered experience and a total of 165 offices they are a network of independently owned executive search firms committed to “finding people who make a difference” within their client’s ---------- this role, you will provide data support to the company and will be responsible for collating and verifying data from multiple sources. You will be required to manage different platforms to update and maintain data and storage procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need a good eye for detail, proven knowledge of data storage and maintenance. Someone with a meticulous approach to information verification and efficient ways in maintaining data and storage to ensure accurate transfer of data is an outstanding candidate for the ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct updates and maintain data inside of CRM/TrackerRMS ATS and import from external platforms like ZoomInfo.
Conducting a thorough data analysis of clients' information and storage systems.
Daily update and tracking of work completed.
Conduct research on different information requested for projects.
Creating or implementing a digital conversion program in line with the client's ---------- stalling and maintaining data collation software.
Verifying and extracting data from hardcopy and other digital sources.
Importing and transferring data to a secure central database.
Performing regular data integrity and quality audits.
Creating and submitting data collation reports.
Troubleshooting information storage issues.
Training staff on data storage and retrieval ---------- cation and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information management, data analytics, computer science, or a similar field.
Three (3) years’ experience as a Research and Data Specialist.
Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple ---------- -depth knowledge of data retrieval and storage systems.
Ability to work independently on projects.
Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ---------- n start immediately.
