Transcripter from French audio to English text

I need someone able to understand French audio with a strong accent in order to transcribe it in French accurately. Once it's transcripted, you can c/c to ChatGPT to have it in English.

The audio is mostly about the Pokemon lore, so a good knowledge about it or a fast understanding of it is necessary.

For every 10 minutes transcribed I can pay 2$.

What is a plus :
You have a computer strong enough to run Adobe Premiere Pro or any other editing software (only for audio in that case) so you can first make a smooth audio of a recording in French (I will show you how to do it if you don't know so you could develop your skills). The pay is 2$ more for 10 minutes edited.

The pay is 10$ more for 10 minutes edited and the knowledge about Pokemon lore is not directly necessary.
