JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Purchase Order Support

Job Description: Provide support and help the Purchasing Manager in managing inventories and stock levels

Responsibilities will include:

1. Create purchase orders and reconcile shipments;
3. Contact carriers and Amazon for shipment issues;
4. Dispute shipment problems;
5. Prepare weekly reports;
6. Open cases to Amazon;
7. Attend weekly and quarterly meetings;
8. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:
3+ years of proven work experience in Inventory Planning & Management
Must have solid experience in creating Amazon FBA shipments from multiple warehouses
Must be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheet
Must have a solid understanding of International and local US shipping & transportation
Must possess a demonstrable work experience in E-commerce (Amazon)
Must have hands-on experience in Restock Pro, SellerCloud and new Amazon STA Workflow
Very good written and verbal English communication skills
Fast and stable internet connection (backup internet connection is required)
Must be willing to commit to only one employer

Expected Hours of Work: 9AM to 5PM EST, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Work Environment: Remote
Starting salary: $6/hr (negotiable depending on experience)
